Meet our Staff

As a registered nurse, Cindy brings over 24 years of critical care experience to the Center’s patients. She has completed extensive training in administering the latest technologies such as Lumenis ONE® Intense Pulse Light™, and laser treatments, and also provides care for patients in surgery and recovery. Cindy is a certified Lumenis ONE® trainer, providing education and support on how to use Lumenis ONE® technology to MDs and RNs across the country.  She also is a PCA Skin® certified professional. Cindy enjoys helping patients of all ages to enhance their self-image, self-confidence and appearance.

Elle is a registered nurse with over twenty years of acute and intensive care nursing, and is BLS, ACLS and NRP certified. In addition to being a PCA Skin® certified professional in chemical peels, Elle has training from Lumenis and InMode laser technologies, and is a nurse injector.  At the Bukachevsky Center, Elle specializes in anti-aging plans unique to her patients’ needs, which are built on transparency and education. Whether it’s a complex reconstruction, or as simple as a skin and makeup consultation, Elle provides a quality of care to her patients that allows them to care for themselves, which ultimately boosts their self-esteem and confidence.

As a registered nurse, Maegan is the Bukachevsky Center’s laser and aesthetic specialist. She received her R. N. and B.S.N. education from California State University East Bay, and also is injection-certified from Allergan and Galderma for BOTOX Cosmetic® and filler injections.  Maegan also is a PCA Skin® certified professional. Having a dermatology and plastic surgery background, Maegan is trained in the art of aesthetics, ensuring uniformity and quality of care. She integrates the latest laser technologies and proper skin care to help her patients achieve their specific goals. Maegan puts the patient first, and in doing so, ensures they walk away feeling confident.
