Two Locations

Coming north or south on Highway 101, take the Las Tablas Road exit in Templeton. Turn west on Las Tablas Road, past Twin Cities Community Hospital. Turn left on Posada Lane.  The Bukachevsky Center for Facial Rejuvenation is located at 295 Posada Lane, Suite B.

Coming north or south on Highway 101, take the Marsh Street Exit. Marsh Street is a one-way street. Continue on this street for several blocks, then turn right onto Morro Street. The Bukachevsky Center for Facial Rejuvenation is located on the left side of the street at 1288 Morro Street, Suite 120.

For our patients traveling from outside the area, we can make special arrangements for your stay in local hotels, motels, and bed and breakfast inns close to our facility. San Luis Obispo County abounds in nearby scenic beaches, award-winning wineries, golf courses, fine restaurants, outdoor farmer’s markets, and shopping.

Amtrak, Greyhound, and the San Luis Obispo County Airport are all located within a half hour drive of our facility.
